Deine Aufgaben
  • Du übernimmst die selbstständige buchhalterische Abwicklung von Geschäftsvorfällen für mehrere Gesellschaften und bist dabei stets der kompetente Ansprechpartner
  • Du stellst sicher, dass die Buchungslogik korrekt eingehalten wird und entwickelst ein Kontierungshandbuch, das für mehrere Gesellschaften gültig ist
  • Die Erstellung der Monatsabschlüsse der verschiedenen Gesellschaften liegt in deiner Verantwortung und du bringst deine Expertise aktiv ein
  • Du prüfst die Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen und wirkst bei der Umsatzsteuererklärung mit – Präzision ist hier deine Stärke
  • Zudem erstellst du Auswertungen sowohl auf Firmen- als auch auf Gruppenebene und lieferst damit wertvolle Insights
  • Als Teil unseres Teams unterstützt du uns außerdem bei diversen spannenden Projekten und bringst dich aktiv ein
Dein Profil
  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit einer Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) oder eine Ausbildung zum Steuerfachangestellten (m/w/d)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position zeichnet dich aus, und du bist vertraut mit Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie Steuer Fragen
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, gewissenhaft und legst großen Wert auf eigenverantwortliches Handeln
  • Deine Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind auf einem sehr hohen Niveau, was dir in der täglichen Kommunikation zugutekommt
  • Die gängigen MS Office Programme beherrschst du sicher, und Kenntnisse in Business Central sind ein Plus, das du mitbringst

Your mission
  • You will be responsible for the independent accounting processing of business transactions for several companies and will always be the competent contact person
  • You will ensure that the booking logic is correctly adhered to and develop an account assignment manual that is valid for several companies
  • You will be responsible for preparing the monthly financial statements of the various companies and you will actively contribute your expertise
  • You check the advance VAT returns and participate in the VAT return – precision is your strength here
  • In addition, you will create evaluations at both company and group level and thus provide valuable insights
  • As part of our team, you will also support us in various exciting projects and get actively involved
Your profile
  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally with further training as an accountant (m/f/d) or an apprenticeship as a tax clerk (m/f/d)
  • You have several years of professional experience in a similar position, and you are familiar with monthly and annual financial statements as well as tax issues
  • You work in a structured, conscientious manner and attach great importance to acting independently
  • Your written and spoken German skills are at a very high level, which will benefit you in your daily communication
  • You are proficient in the common MS Office programs, and knowledge of Business Central is a plus that you bring with you

  • Usted será responsable del procesamiento contable independiente de las transacciones comerciales para varias empresas y siempre será la persona de contacto competente
  • Se asegurará de que la lógica de reserva se cumpla correctamente y desarrollará un manual de imputación válido para varias empresas
  • Serás responsable de preparar los estados financieros mensuales de las distintas empresas y aportarás activamente tu experiencia
  • Comprueba las declaraciones anticipadas del IVA y participa en la declaración del IVA: la precisión es su punto fuerte
  • Además, creará evaluaciones tanto a nivel de empresa como de grupo y, por lo tanto, proporcionará información valiosa
  • Como parte de nuestro equipo, también nos apoyará en varios proyectos interesantes y participará activamente
Tu perfil
  • Ha completado un aprendizaje comercial, idealmente con formación adicional como contable (h/m/d) o un aprendizaje como empleado de impuestos (h/m/d)
  • Tiene varios años de experiencia profesional en un puesto similar y está familiarizado con los estados financieros mensuales y anuales, así como con las cuestiones fiscales
  • Trabajas de forma estructurada y concienzuda y das gran importancia a actuar de forma independiente
  • Tus conocimientos de alemán escrito y hablado están a un nivel muy alto, lo que te beneficiará en tu comunicación diaria
  • Domina los programas comunes de MS Office y el conocimiento de Business Central es una ventaja que trae consigo
